Family Connections

Family Connections matches families with residents of facilities for weekly visits.  Some visit several people at smaller facilities while others are matched with one individual for long-term friendship and support.  Be it a mother and child, a young couple or in some cases, the whole family, including their pet, it reminds us all that when we extend beyond the bounds of our biological families we can create an extended family.
